Services
Innovator Edge provides web design, digital presence, and related digital services to contractors and small businesses. The specific scope of services for each client is agreed upon during the initial consultation call and confirmed in a separate service agreement prior to any work beginning.
Payments and Fees
All pricing is quoted on a per-project basis and confirmed in writing before work begins. Monthly maintenance and hosting fees are billed on a recurring basis as agreed. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
- Build fees are due as outlined in your individual service agreement
- Monthly recurring fees are billed on the same date each month
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- All prices are in USD
Client Responsibilities
To deliver your project on time, we require your cooperation. You agree to:
- Provide all required content, images, and materials within the agreed timeframe
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within the timeframe specified
- Ensure all materials provided are owned by you or properly licensed
Delays caused by late content delivery or slow client response may result in adjusted timelines and are not the responsibility of Innovator Edge.
Revisions
Each service tier includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your service agreement. Revisions beyond the included rounds will be quoted and billed separately. Requests that constitute a change in project scope will be treated as new work.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your project. Innovator Edge retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
You represent that any content, logos, images, or materials you provide do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Monthly Services and Cancellation
Monthly hosting and maintenance plans continue on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice sent to info@theinnovatoredge.com. Upon cancellation:
- All monthly services will terminate at the end of the current billing period
- You will receive all files and assets belonging to your project
- Domain ownership remains with whichever party registered it
Chatbot Services
Chatbot functionality provided as part of our Digital Presence package is trained on information you supply. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. Innovator Edge is not liable for any inaccurate responses generated by the chatbot based on client-supplied content.
Any customizations or additions beyond the standard package scope will be quoted separately.
Limitation of Liability
Innovator Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.
Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue increases. While we build with best practices, results will vary based on your market, competition, and other factors outside our control.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
